The Court of Auditors gives final approval to two research projects of Neosperience, an innovative SME listed on the Euronext Growth Milan (Egm) index. Both projects submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development (Mission) involve investments of approx 12 million euros totals. At the end of December, the company also announced the start of procedures for the listing of its subsidiary Neosperience Health on Nasdaq. At 10:15 on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, Neosperience shares were trading at €1.85, up 1.9%. Over the past month, small and mid-cap stocks have rallied more than 7%, although year-to-date performance signals a decline of around 2%.

Neosperience, projects approved by the Court of Auditors

The first initiative, the so-called Neosperience Health Cloudincludes an investment of approx 6.1 million over 30 months to develop a platform that can optimize patient diagnosis and treatment pathways using artificial intelligence. Neosperience will be able to count on more than 2 million euros in non-refundable contributions and 1.2 million in eight-year subsidized loans.

The second project, Neosperience Empathic commerce instead, it applies for 36 months 5.9 million and focuses on creating e-commerce based on artificial intelligence algorithms. In this case, the company will have approximately 2.1 million in non-refundable funds and 1.2 million in the form of soft loans. The work, as we read in a note from Neosperience, already started a few months ago without waiting for the approval of financial incentives.

In past years, SME has received approval from Mission of Neosperience Cloud, Neosperience Tourism Cloud, and in October 2023 from Neosperience Enterprise Cloud. Other research projects in sectors such as LegalTech and Safe & People Tech are at an advanced stage of investigation. (All rights reserved)
